Your license permits installation on up to three (3) devices that you personally own or control. For additional installations, you must purchase additional licenses.
Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing license holders unless they purchase additional licenses or upgrades.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@commandpalpro.com with your license key and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Command Pal Pro is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees unless you explicitly opt for additional services that require subscriptions.
Your license includes free updates for the current major version. We may release updates, patches, or new versions at our discretion. Major version upgrades may require additional payment.
License holders receive technical support via email. We strive to respond to support requests within 48 business hours, but response times are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions. While we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility, we are not obligated to provide indefinite support or updates.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

"Command Pal Pro" and associated logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into our products without compensation or attribution.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
The Service may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations and not to export or re-export the Service to prohibited countries or individuals.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
